In a number of projects throughout Germany and beyond, spanning a period of roughly 18 months, you will get to know the various aspects of marketing (e.g., direct marketing or database marketing) that have allowed the Club business to grow and flourish into a global media community and will help to guide us on ways to further develop them. 

During the program, different support mechanisms are built in to enhance your experience. A top executive will act as your mentor, and you will attend a series of educational seminars, during which you will have many opportunities to network and meet other program participants.
