Entrepreneur@Media Program
The Entrepreneur@Media Program is offered by our Bertelsmann headquarters in China.
Over a 12 to 18 month period, you will have the opportunity to work on two or three different entrepreneurial projects, both strategic and operational, affiliated with the Bertelsmann China Head Office in Beijing.
These projects will take place at various Bertelsmann divisions in China and potentially other countries.
In the course of the program, you will get deep insight into the Bertelsmann businesses, the company culture, and the company network.
The projects are related to different media products or business lines (books, services, magazines, clubs, and entertainment), hence preparing you for a managerial position in one of the Bertelsmann China Divisions based on your background and achievement areas.
