The Bertelsmann CFO Program is a new initiative of the Bertelsmann executive board in conjunction with several of our divisional and subsidiary CFOs.
The overall goal of the program is to create future financial leaders for the Bertelsmann businesses. These leaders will gain broad insights with financial instruments ranging from Accounting to Investment Calculation, M & A, and Controlling processes at Bertelsmann—on both a company and group-wide level.
Over a period of 18 to 24 months, CFO program participants will work on various financial project rotations throughout our divisions (G+J, RH, Direct Group, RTL, or Arvato) while under the direct mentorship of an experienced CFO from the respective Bertelsmann subsidiary.
